Established in 1901, Broome PS is the oldest established public school in the Kimberley and has a long and proud history of serving the local community.

Broome is situated on the shores of Roebuck Bay in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, approximately 2,200 kilometres from Perth. The town has a rich multicultural history shaped by the pearling industry and strong Asian, European and Aboriginal cultural influences. Broome is the traditional home of the Yawuru and Djugun peoples and is rich in Aboriginal culture.
