Position Information
The Permanent Inclusion and Support Unit Teacher is a school-based classroom teaching position requiring the capacity to deliver high-quality, differentiated and inclusive teaching and learning programs that respond to the diverse learning, wellbeing and support needs of students with disability. The role involves developing, implementing and reviewing personalised learning and support plans, making appropriate adjustments to curriculum and assessment, and using evidence-based practices to support student engagement, participation, independence and achievement. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with School Learning Support Officers (SLSOs), teaching staff, executive staff, families and relevant external professionals to ensure coordinated and individualised support for students.
