Position Information
Googong High School will open to year 7 and 8 students in 2027. Situated in the Queanbeyan Network on Ngambri and Ngunnawal Country, the school serves a rapidly growing, highly engaged and aspirational community, with the potential for the school to expand to cater for approximately 2000 students.
The Head Teacher of PDHPE will be the founding member of our interdisciplinary Personal and Social Health (PSH) faculty. This faculty will encompass PDHPE and school sport but also take carriage of other whole school initiatives as the school grows. Whilst this role is for PDHPE, the position will take a key point in leading interdisciplinary programs within the faculty and wider school.
