Position Information
Banora Point High School is a comprehensive secondary school located in the Tweed Coast area. The school pays respect to the traditional custodians, the Nganduwal and Goodginburra people of the Minjungbal speaking clans of the Bundjalung nation.The student population is approximately 510, with 10.6% identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and less than 2% of students from an English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D) background. The school also includes three support unit classes. Banora Point High School enjoys strong partnerships with the Tweed Wollumbin Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (TWAECG), as well as universities, cultural institutions, local businesses and community organisations.
