Role description

Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview is a Catholic boys’ school in the Jesuit tradition. Located on picturesque grounds in Lane Cove, this leading independent school delivers a holistic education for day and boarding students from Years 5 to 12.

We are seeking a teacher of Business, Economics and Commerce to join our dynamic team. Be part of a vibrant learning community that empowers students to develop their talents and make a meaningful impact in the world.

The position is full-time and ongoing, commencing 20 January 2027.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ability to teach the following courses is highly desirable:

  • be an outstanding and experienced classroom teacher of Business Studies, Economics and Commerce across Stages 4, 5 and 6
  •  be accredited with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) to be eligible to teach in NSW

  • demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional learning
  • demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to the Mission and Values of the College
