An exciting opportunity has become available for a TAS Assistant - Workshop and Textiles, to join our team and support the delivery of engaging, high-quality practical learning experiences.

The opportunity?
We are seeking an organised and proactive Technology and Applied Sciences (TAS) Assistant - Workshop and Textiles, to support the effective delivery of TAS programs. Working closely with staff, you will help maintain safe, well-resourced learning environments, provide technical and classroom support, and assist with resource management and WHS compliance. As part of our College community, you will contribute to a positive and inclusive environment while upholding the College's Catholic identity and Mercy Values.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a TAS department or similar environment, particularly in workshop and/or textiles settings, is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
