As the College continues to grow alongside the rapidly expanding communities of northern Adelaide, we are seeking two Catholic leaders to join the Xavier College Executive Leadership Team as Campus Principals. 

The Gawler Belt Campus is Xavier College's established Years 7-12 secondary campus, serving over 1,100 students and offering comprehensive middle and senior years learning pathways. As Campus Principal, you will provide strategic and educational leadership across a large and dynamic secondary learning environment while contributing to the continued growth and success of Xavier College as a whole.

The Opportunity 

The Campus Principal is the senior educational leader of the campus, responsible for its leadership, performance, culture and day-to-day operations. This Principal-level appointment offers a unique opportunity to lead Xavier College's established Years 7-12 campus while contributing to the strategic direction, cohesion and success of Xavier College.
