Role description

We are seeking an innovative, collaborative and highly motivated Head of Department - Teaching and Learning to lead the development and delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the school. The successful applicant will provide strategic and instructional leadership,
foster a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement, and work collaboratively with teachers, students, families and the wider community to improve student outcomes.
This is a temporary full-time position commencing 21 January 2027 until 10 December
2027, unless otherwise determined. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader who is committed to lifelong learning and passionate about building a future-focused culture of excellence in teaching and learning.
