Proserpine State High School is seeking a Head of Department - Middle Schooling, located in the heart of the Whitsundays, strategic leadership ensures students are connected, supported, and future-focused throughout their secondary schooling journey. As Head of Department - Middle Schooling will provide leadership and oversight of student wellbeing, engagement and success for students in Years 9 and 10. Key responsibilities include student monitoring and case management, leadership of engagement programs and alternative pathway initiatives, coordination of careers education, and supporting students through the critical transition from junior to senior schooling.
