Events & Community Relations Coordinator

Monte Sant’ Angelo Mercy College is a leading independent Catholic secondary school for girls (Years 7–12). An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Events & Community Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic Development and Community Relations team.

This role is central to the planning and delivery of the College’s major fundraising and community-building (“friend-raising”) events and serves as the primary liaison for the Parents & Friends Association. Working closely with the Director of Development and Community Relations, you will collaborate across teams to create meaningful, engaging experiences for the wider College community.

Key Responsibilities:

Events Management

- Plan, design, budget, promote, and deliver the College’s major annual events

- Lead a range of community fundraising initiatives

- Oversee event logistics, stakeholder engagement, timelines, and post-event evaluation.

Community Relations

- Act as the day-to-day contact between the College and the P&F Association

- Foster strong relationships that support community engagement and participation.
