The Role 

Somerville House Junior School is seeking an innovative and dedicated permanent full-time Junior School Teacher and Phase Co-ordinator Middle Leadership position (fixed-term for 3-years) to join our team commencing in January 2027. The Phase Co-ordinator will inspire excellence, connection and growth across Years 3 and 4. This middle leadership position calls for an accomplished educator who can lead with warmth and clarity, supporting staff and students through a strong commitment to wellbeing, pastoral care and high-quality learning.
