The opportunity 
Redlands is an independent Anglican coeducational school of around 1,800 students in Cremorne, Sydney. We are seeking an energetic and strategically minded Dean of Activities (7-12) to lead the development, coordination and evaluation of the School's co-curricular programme across activities and clubs, service, student leadership, performing arts, and local and international experiences.

  • This senior leadership role combines clear strategic direction with strong operational delivery.
  • The Dean will build a coherent programme aligned with the School's values and priorities, strengthen participation and leadership pathways, and ensure activities, trips and camps are safe, well-planned and sustainable.
  • While based in the Secondary School, the role also leads Music, Dance and Round Square across the Junior and Secondary Schools, and works closely with the Head of Sport to coordinate the wider co-curricular programme.

Teaching Load: This role will have a 0.2FTE teaching load, to be agreed with he Head of Secondary School.
