Applications are invited from suitably qualified, passionate, and innovative educators for the position of Director of Faith & Mission at St Joseph's School, commencing 1 January 2027.
St Joseph's School is a thriving Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational Catholic school located in the picturesque Avon Valley of Western Australia. With a rich heritage shaped by the Marist Brothers and the Sisters of St Joseph of the Apparition, the School is committed to providing a contemporary Catholic education grounded in faith, excellence, service, and community.
The Role
The Director of Faith & Mission provides strategic leadership in fostering and strengthening the Catholic identity, faith formation, and mission of the School from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director works closely with the Principal to ensure that the Gospel values, Catholic tradition, and the charisms of St Marcellin Champagnat and St Emilie de Vialar remain central to the School's culture, teaching, and relationships.
The role is responsible for leading and developing Religious Education, faith formation programs, liturgical celebrations, retreats, social justice initiatives, and opportunities for spiritual growth for students and staff.
The successful applicant will be a visible and inspiring servant leader who fosters a vibrant faith community and promotes the mission of Catholic education.
