Role description
The Daily Operations and Student Services Manager is accountable to the Business Leader and Principal for undertaking and managing the Daily Management and Student Services functions. The Daily Operations and Student Services Manager undertakes the daily organisation of TRTs and provides a range of administrative and secretarial related services which contributes to the effective operation of the school and achievement of educational outcomes for students.
The incumbent has line management responsibilities, coordinates student services staff, enabling user focussed service functions. The incumbent operates autonomously, exercises initiative, discretion, and makes decisions aligning with site priorities and sustained whole-system improvement planning.
The role requires effective working hours of, at least, 7:00AM - 3:00PM (negotiable), management of required out-of-hours work is in accordance with relevant industrial provisions, leave conditions apply.
Please note the salary amount may differ from that advertised. Salary is dependent upon your current employment status with the Department for Education, tenure and hours per week. The salary stated is based on an employee working 52 weeks per annum, full time equivalent. The successful applicant will be employed under the appropriate mode of employment.
