Ideally, the successful applicant will display:

• The ability to establish positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, fostering a safe, supportive, and high-expectation learning environment.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality teaching programs aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum.
• A capacity to implement explicit teaching practices and integrate whole school approaches into their instructional model that results in improved student outcomes.
• Skills in using assessment data to inform planning, monitor progress, provide targeted support and measure their effectiveness as an educator.
• A strong understanding of differentiation within the classroom to support student learning.
• An alignment between instructional beliefs and alignment to a school wide improvement agenda/priority.
