The Role

The successful applicant will provide comprehensive Human Resource consultancy services to all school staff. This includes support and advice on human resource legislation, policies and procedures. You would also research and assist in the development and implementation of strategic human resource solutions to workforce planning, attraction and retention, succession planning and budget/establishment management.

The successful applicant would also coordinate end-to-recruitment activities, including the coordination of deployment, recruitment, selection and appointment processes. Ideally, you should have strong organisational skills to meet deadlines, maintain high standards of confidentiality, and fulfill planning and compliance requirements across various areas to enhance outcomes for both staff and students.
