Bundaberg North State High School has an exciting opportunity for a Youth Support Coordinator who can manage the school’s Reengagement and Student Room, contributing to the school’s significant growth in expectations and standards.

The successful candidate will have the skills to support student’s personal regulation and be able to deescalate behaviours. They must be able to develop positive student - para professional relationships, complete One School Behaviour records and follow the established Cross Classing process. They will also need to work collaboratively with the school’s current case management processes, completing referrals and redirecting student responses.
