About the Role    

The Early Learning Centre  (ELC) Educator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality early childhood education program that promotes each child’s learning, wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging. Working collaboratively with the Early Childhood Teacher and ELC Director, the ELC Educator contributes to curriculum implementation, daily routines, and the observation and documentation of children’s learning.
