Role description
At St Patrick’s College, we believe that strong pastoral care and meaningful student relationships are at the heart of educational success. As part of our ongoing commitment to student wellbeing, engagement and academic growth, we are seeking an outstanding educator to join our wellbeing team as an Assistant Year Coordinator, commencing Term 1, 2027.
This important leadership role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people while working collaboratively with students, families and staff to foster a positive and supportive year group culture. The successful applicant will support the Year Coordinator and Director of Middle School or Director of Senior School in providing pastoral, academic and administrative leadership for a specific year group.
The successful applicant will be a highly relational educator who is passionate about student wellbeing, committed to building positive relationships, and dedicated to supporting every student to thrive both academically and personally.
This is a Permanent Full-Time teaching position with a three-year (1-point) promotional appointment (2027–2029) commencing Term 1, 2027.
As part of our commitment to developing young men of character, faith and purpose, the Assistant Year Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the wellbeing, engagement and development of students within a designated year group.
