Role description

Director of Boarding – Position of Leadership

Assumption College is a vibrant Marist community located just 30 minutes north of Melbourne’s northern suburbs. The College is recognised for its innovative and engaging approach to contemporary learning and student wellbeing. We educate more than 1,500 students from Years 7 to 12 and provide boarding accommodation for up to 70 students.

We are seeking an inspirational and experienced Director of Boarding to lead and manage the College’s Boarding Precinct. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished leader who is passionate about student wellbeing, education, and creating a supportive and enriching boarding experience.

The successful candidate will bring experience in a similar leadership role, with a proven ability to build strong and meaningful relationships that enhance the educational and personal development of boarding students. They will demonstrate strong leadership and organisational capabilities, together with the ability to effectively lead and support Boarding House teams.

This is a key leadership position within the College, offering the opportunity to shape and strengthen the boarding experience and contribute meaningfully to the broader life of our Marist community.
