About You
You are a teacher who is always learning and improving your practice, passionate about supporting students to become independent in their learning. A teacher who is committed to the holistic development of students in partnership with parents. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills, you are aware of your impact on all community members and intuitively adjust your style to meet the needs of our students and families.
The successful candidate will have a high level of understanding and experience of restorative practices and the psychology of positive education that enhance student engagement in alignment with pedagogical and wellbeing practices.
Commencing with the College in 2027, Luther is looking for teachers who have strength, passion and strong experience in the following disciplines:
- Senior Years, VCE English Teacher with a willingness and capability to teach English curriculum across all year levels when required.
- Senior Years, VCE Humanities and Social Sciences Teacher with particular focus on Business Management subjects (Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Management) but a willingness and capability to teach across all year levels and all Humanities and Social Sciences subjects.
- Willingness and ability to teach Christian Studies would be of great advantage to any applicant.
