Role description

Head of Co-Curricular

The Opportunity 

  • Permanent Staff Member
  • ESO Grade 5
  • 37.5 Hours per week | 41 Weeks per year
  • Negotiated work pattern, including working Saturday mornings during sports season
  • Commence 12 October 2026 or by negotiation 

The Head of Co-Curricular is responsible for coordinating the delivery, promotion and continuous improvement of the College's co-curricular program. The role ensures the provision of diverse, high-quality sporting and non-sporting opportunities that support student participation, achievement, wellbeing and leadership.

Working collaboratively with students, families, staff, coaches, volunteers and external partners, the Head of Co-Curricular oversees program planning, events, resources, communication, compliance and stakeholder engagement. The role fosters a culture of participation, inclusion and excellence while ensuring co-curricular programs operate effectively and align with the College's educational priorities and commitment to holistic student development.
