The Opportunity
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Director - ICT to become a trusted partner within one of CESA's most dynamic portfolios.
Working at the heart of the ICT Directorate, you will provide high-level executive support, coordinate governance and key operations, and help drive the successful delivery of strategic priorities across Catholic Education South Australia. Enable the Director - ICT through effective coordination and support
- Provide proactive executive support, diary management and coordination.
- Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and support decision-making.
- Ensure key commitments, actions and deadlines are monitored and delivered.

Drive coordination, governance and accountability across ICT
- Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums and reporting processes.
- Prepare agendas, documentation, minutes and action registers.
- Track actions and ensure stakeholders remain informed and accountable.

Strengthen operational effectiveness
- Support financial, procurement, onboarding, event and communication activities.
- Coordinate administrative systems and processes across the ICT Directorate.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
