The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and committed Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about improving outcomes for all students and who understands the critical role that relationships, consistency and high expectations play in student success.

The successful applicant will ideally have the ability to:

• Implement whole-school programs, instructional frameworks, policies and agreed practices with fidelity to ensure consistency of teaching and learning across the school.
• Build strong, positive and authentic relationships with students, families, colleagues and the broader community.
• Create safe, inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments where every student is known, valued and supported to succeed.
• Apply trauma-informed practices that recognise and respond to the diverse social, emotional and behavioural needs of students.
