Education Assistant - Special Needs

We are seeking to establish a pool of Special Needs – Education Assistants for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise in the 2026 school year and up until Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

We currently have the following positions available, commencing as soon as possible, which we hope to fill from this process:

• 2 x permanent full-time position
• 1 x fixed-term full-time position

As part of a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, you will play an integral part in both an Education Support program that caters for students with high educational needs, as well as supporting students in need within the context of mainstream classrooms.

Our Education Support program is fluid and dynamic, specialising in education for students with additional educational needs who require substantial teaching and learning adjustments. Opportunities are also provided for students to be exposed to a range of mainstream integration experiences, appropriate to their level of development.
