Redcliffe SHS are seeking a highly capable and relational Head of Department - Teaching and Learning, to work collaboratively in leading key whole-school improvement priorities.
The successful applicant will demonstrate expertise and experience in digital pedagogies and emerging technologies, including QLearn and AI, alongside a strong understanding of whole-school approaches to literacy and evidence-informed pedagogy.
This role will suit an educational leader who can build strong relationships, develop staff capability and support the implementation of consistent, high-impact practice across the school.
