ISA Team Leader works alongside teachers to build their confidence and capability in delivering quality differentiation and curriculum adjustments for students with additional needs. Through co-teaching, in-class support, and collaborative planning, the ISP ensures inclusive teaching and learning strategies are effectively embedded across the College.
