St Clare's School, Tully welcome applications for a Finance Officer to join their school community.
Commencment Date: Monday 19 October 2026 (negotiable)
Employment Type: Term-Time, Permanent Position | 20-25 hours per week (negotiable)
Salary Range: SOF Level 5 - $39.44 - $41.36 gross per hour + 12.75% super
Closing Date: 3.00pm, Monday 7 September 2026

About the RoleThe role of the Finance Officer is to provide comprehensive support for the school’s financial and administrative services, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and contributing to the smooth operation of school activities. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, supporting enrolment processes, and responding to enquiries via telephone and email. Additionally, the Finance Officer plays a key role in overseeing internal financial controls, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the development of school budgets.
