Role description

Registrar

Permanent Full-Time | Commencing as Soon as Possible

Be the Heart of the MLC School Enrolment Experience
For over 140 years, MLC School has been empowering young women to become fearless thinkers, compassionate leaders and change-makers.

As one of Australia’s leading independent girls’ schools, we are proud of our rich heritage, vibrant community and commitment to educational excellence.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Registrar to join our Marketing and Community Relations team in a pivotal whole-school role.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the enrolment journey for future students and families while ensuring the integrity of the School’s student records and data systems.

The Opportunity

As Registrar, you will be the central point of connection for student enrolment, admissions and records management across the School. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in attracting, enrolling and supporting students throughout their MLC School journey.

You will oversee the end-to-end enrolment process, maintain student records and attendance data, coordinate orientation programs, and provide valuable enrolment insights that support strategic planning and decision-making.

This role combines strong relationship management with exceptional attention to detail, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people, processes and data.

Some evening and occasional Saturday work will be required to support enrolment events, information evenings, tours and orientation programs.
