Italian bilingual School Principal

Co.As.It. is seeking an experienced, values-led Principal who can build on the School’s strong foundations while shaping its next chapter of growth and development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Recognised teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation
Significant experience in educational leadership
A demonstrated capacity to lead improvement in teaching and learning
Strong people leadership and staff management capability
Experience overseeing school operations, budgets and resources
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A sound understanding of school governance, compliance and risk management
A strong commitment to child safety, student wellbeing and inclusive education
Experience within an independent school environment, bilingual education, Italian language and culture, enrolment growth or CLIL methodology would be highly regarded
