Role description

Central Coast Steiner School is seeking an outstanding educational leader to join our vibrant, creative Steiner school environment as Deputy Principal in a full time capacity commencing in Term 1, 2027 (with the possibility of a Term 4, 2026 commencement).

This position provides an opportunity for an inspiring educator who is passionate about academic excellence, student wellbeing and values-based education to play a key leadership role within our flourishing school community. Working closely with the Principal, the successful applicant will help advance the School’s vision and strategic priorities while fostering a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.

The role includes a 0.3 teaching load, providing an opportunity to remain connected to the classroom, ideally within the secondary years and aligned with the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience.
