Role description

Mount St. Joseph Girls' College is a Catholic secondary school that educates and empowers young women in the charism of Saint Mary of the Cross MacKillop.

The College is seeking an innovative and committed leader for the position of Director of Pedagogy & Innovation (POL 4), commencing in January 2027.

As our current Position of Leadership cycle is concluding at the end of 2027, this position is fixed-term for one year, is full-time, and will accompany a full-time, ongoing teaching position.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
