Role description

About Our College

Emmaus Christian College is a multi-campus, non-denominational school, providing quality, distinctly Christian education from ELC to Year 12.

We are passionate about delivering exceptional, biblically-based education, and want to partner with you as we outwork our vision of Inspiring Hearts and Inspiring Minds.

Our aim is that our students will graduate as confident and compassionate young adults, well-equipped to take their place in the world. We seek to foster a commitment to Jesus Christ and a passion to live life in such a way as to bring honour and glory to God, in staff and students alike.

About the Role

  • As Community Engagement & Experience Coordinator, you will take ownership of the College’s key community-facing initiatives, including Principal’s Tours, Open Days, alumni/old scholar engagement, and major events. You will also play a central role in managing the College’s social media presence, photography, and creative execution, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience.
  • This is a dynamic, people-focused role responsible for delivering meaningful experiences that connect families, students, staff, and alumni, while showcasing the College through engaging events, social media content, and visual storytelling.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is confident balancing event delivery with creative content development.
