Wellbeing Team Leader

Are you an experienced educator with a passion for student wellbeing and a desire to lead meaningful change?

St Mary of the Angels College is seeking an outstanding Wellbeing Team Leader to join our senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and wellbeing-focused Teacher to shape and lead a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring every student feels known, supported and empowered to succeed.

Working closely with the Principal, Deputy Principal – Student Wellbeing & Development, Year Level Leaders and teaching staff, you will provide strategic leadership of the College's wellbeing programs while supporting students, families and staff to create a positive, inclusive and thriving school community.

This position is full time (part time considered). 

About You

You are someone who:

  • Is passionate about improving the wellbeing and educational outcomes of young people.
  • Has extensive experience in education, student wellbeing or pastoral leadership.
  • Is an exceptional relationship builder who works collaboratively with students, families, staff and external agencies.
  • Demonstrates calm, compassionate and confident leadership.
  • Is committed to creating safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments.
  • Can lead a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a strategic focus on continuous improvement.
  • Values the mission and identity of Catholic education and is committed to supporting the Franciscan ethos of the College.
