Role description

The Opportunity

  • Monitor, assess and communicate student progress while working collaboratively with families and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.

About You

We are seeking someone who:

  • Actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity of St Francis School and be willing to participate in all aspects of school life.
  • Demonstrate knowledge, experience and capability in using evidence informed practice and data in the teaching of literacy and numeracy across the curriculum
  • Demonstrate a contemporary understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Crossways and creatively plan, implement and assess differentiated learning programs that ensure quality outcomes for all learners
  • Address individual student learning needs, integrated curriculum and personalised learning specific to primary pedagogies
  • Demonstrate an ability to develop positive relationships with staff, students and families
