Role description


There is currently two (2) permanent full-time positions commencing Term 4, 2026

The Role

At Fremantle College, there are two (2) Human Resource Officer positions available. Applicants are invited to indicate which portfolio option they wish to be considered for as part of their application. The two portfolio options: Relief Coordination and Administration.

Human Resource - Relief Coordinator

The Human Resource Relief Coordinator role requires an early start, with working hours commencing at 6:30am and is responsible for coordinating daily relief, staff and leave management to ensure appropriate class coverage and staffing levels and administering payroll in HRMIS. The role requires a sound understanding of staff timetabling processes, effective deployment of staff to meet workforce and operational requirements, and close collaboration with executive staff to respond to staffing changes, leave requirements and relief needs.
