Role description

Highfields State School is seeking an inspiring, strategic and values-driven Deputy Principal to join our school leadership team and work closely with the Principal to improve student outcomes and strengthen teaching and learning.
A key role of this position is the leadership of the Year 4-6 cohort and all
actions related to this including enrolment, attendance, behaviour and assemblies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to build productive relationships and contribute to a positive, ethical and high-performing school culture.
