About the Role
 

The Head of Area - Primary, is a key middle leadership position responsible for the educational leadership, management and continuous improvement of a defined area within the Primary School. As a member of the Primary Middle Leadership Team, the Head of Area provides day-to-day line management and leadership of staff, promotes excellence in teaching and learning, supports student wellbeing, and drives consistent implementation of the College priorities across their area.
