Role description

Position Details:

The Executive Assistant: Community Team provides high-quality administrative and organisational support to the College’s Community portfolio. The role supports the Deputy Principal Community and the Director of Students by coordinating calendars, meetings, documentation, events and administrative workflows. Through effective organisation and responsive support, the position enables Community leaders to spend more time working directly with students, families and staff.

The Executive Assistant: Community Team provides administrative and logistical coordination for whole-school and year-specific Community events, supports the effective operation of Student Reception and supervises designated administrative staff within the Community portfolio. 
The position reports to the Principal, who holds responsibility for line management, professional expectations and performance development. Day-to-day operational priorities are established in consultation with the Executive Assistant to the Principal, Deputy Principal Community and Director of Students.
