The Role
Greenwood College is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to join their Leadership Team in the role of Program Coordinator - Learning Support.
The successful applicant should promote and support inclusive practices within Greenwood College and help create an environment where all students are able to reach their potential. A key component of this role is to lead special educational needs staff and develop processes to enable staff to provide exemplary service and support to students with disabilities and special educational needs.
This is a strategic position that ideally requires the successful applicant to possess the ability to critically reflect upon, review and refine school practices; and to work with the Executive team to focus on improving pedagogy and engagement.
