The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the Senior Leadership Team while leading the coordination of key College operations, events, projects and communications. Ideal for a highly organised and proactive professional, you'll play an integral role in delivering strategic priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the College. You are a highly organised and proactive professional with exceptional administrative, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. With experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating complex projects, events, and operational processes, you are solutions-focused, collaborative, and committed to contributing to a values-driven Catholic learning community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate College operations, projects, and compliance activities.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of major College events.
  • Manage College publications, records, and information systems.
  • Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, families, students, and external stakeholders to support College priorities.
