Role description
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the strategic direction of the HPE curriculum across Years 7-12.
- Supporting and mentoring HPE teachers to achieve excellence in classroom practice.
- Driving curriculum innovation, assessment moderation, and data-informed improvement initiatives.
- Building a positive, collaborative and high-performing departmental culture.
- Managing departmental resources, budgets and operational requirements.
- Partnering with students, families and colleagues to promote student growth, wellbeing and achievement.
