The ideal candidates for these roles will be genuine, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working collaboratively and who value the support they provide for the health and wellbeing of students and staff. Successful candidates for these roles will make a positive contribution to our Boarding Facility – Fenton Village and the team, by being a good communicator, flexible, approachable, and well-organised.
This is a casual role and working hours can be flexible to suit your existing personal commitments.
About the Role
Boarding Supervisors at John Paul College play a vital role in fostering a safe, supportive, and structured residential environment for our boarding students. Working as part of a committed team, Boarding Supervisors are directly responsible for the welfare, personal development, and academic support of students in our Boarding Village.
This role involves active and positive supervision of young people, participation in boarding life, and collaboration with staff and families to ensure the wellbeing of all students.
