Details: Black Mountain School is seeking a motivated, adaptable and customer focused permanent Administrative Services Officer Class 3 (ASO3) to join our professional administration team. This is a pivotal role within the school to provide administration support to Black Mountain School stakeholders, being the first point of contact for students, families, visitors, therapists and staff, and contributing significantly to the effective day to day operation of the school.
Working under the direction of the Business Manager, the successful applicant will deliver high quality administrative and operational support across a broad range of function, including preparing correspondence, records management, reception, enrolments, excursions and administrative activities. The role requires the abilities to exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality while providing a caring, responsive and professional service to the school community.
