This is a part-time ongoing position. Attendance is required 3 days per week between Monday and Friday during school terms in accordance with the school's operating hours. Specific days as negotiated with the principal.
The Enrolment Officer provides comprehensive administrative services to the enrolment team and supports the general functions of the office and administration team.
The position supports the day-to-day operation of the school by providing timely assistance to students, families and staff, managing confidential information, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Working collaboratively with school leadership, teaching staff, education support staff, students and families, the Enrolment Officer ensures timely and accurate communication across all necessary stakeholders through the enrolment and transition process for new students. The En…
