Located in Wyndham Vale, one of Melbourne's rapidly growing outer western suburbs, Iramoo Primary School is a well-established and has been providing outstanding education to local children since 1978. We have a proud tradition of promoting student excellence in Literacy, Numeracy, Physical Education, and all areas of the Arts. Our students also benefit from specialised classes in Spanish and STEM, Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics, including a 1:1 iPad program for Years 4 - 6.
With a 2026 enrolment of 530 students, Iramoo maintains small class sizes, averaging approximately 23 students per grade, arranged in single-year level classes from Prep to Year 6. We are proud of our richly diverse community, where students develop strong intercultural understanding, tolerance, and respectful relationships.
Our school is extremely well-resourced, featuring modern buildings and well-maintained grounds. Major grounds projects in recent years have enhanced our already impressive outdoor spaces, providing six adventure playgrounds and several beautiful outdoor learning and recreation areas.
