Dandenong Primary School is seeking an exceptional leader to lead improvement in inclusion, wellbeing and student support across our school, in one of Australia's most culturally and linguistically diverse communities.


Working alongside the Principal Team and staff, the successful applicant will lead the development, implementation and sustainability of high-quality, evidence-informed inclusion and wellbeing practices. The role will have a strong focus on ensuring that every student feels safe, connected, included and supported to achieve their potential.
 

The Head of Inclusion & Wellbeing will lead a school-wide approach to Disability Inclusion, student wellbeing and engagement, working closely with teachers, Education Support staff, families and external agencies. A key focus will be building staff capability to respond effectively to the diverse and complex needs of our students, strengthening inclusive practices and ensuring consistency in how we support students across the school.
