This breadth of provision reflects a deliberate approach to meeting diverse academic needs within the one cohort. Student learning support officers are embedded in classrooms alongside classroom teachers, enabling targeted instruction and responsive support for students at every point of the learning spectrum. Strategic priorities at Macarthur Girls centre on personalised academic growth, high-quality explicit teaching, student wellbeing, and cultural celebration and community participation.
