Position Information
Koonawarra Public School is a proud, vibrant school on Dharawal Country, where relationships, culture and care sit at the centre of school life. With an enrolment of 230 students, our school includes mainstream classes from Kindergarten to Year 6, a two-stream 20-place preschool operating over a five-day fortnight, and three support classes: Mild Intellectual Disability, Autism and Multi-Categorical.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students make up 35% of our enrolment, and 18% of students come from language backgrounds other than English. Our staff work together to make school a place where every child is known, supported, and given every opportunity to grow.
