Role description

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs and contributing positively to the broader TAS Department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with NESA curriculum requirements.
  • Teaching and supporting other subject areas within the TAS Department, where appropriate to qualifications and experience.
  • Supporting students to develop their creative, practical and critical thinking skills.
  • Assessing and reporting on student learning and progress.
  • Maintaining a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Working collaboratively with members of the TAS Department and College leadership.
  • Contributing to faculty programs, projects, exhibitions and other College activities.
  • Contributing to the broader life of the College.
  • Supporting the values, ethos and traditions of St Spyridon College.
